Tobiko is the Japanese word for flying fish roe and is a key ingredient in numerous sushi dishes. Tobiko has a salty and fishy flavour with a distinct crunchy texture that is more pronounced when compared with other fish roe. To make sushi, Tobiko can be used as a garnish, or by itself making gunkan-maki.
Please note that our Tobiko is a super frozen fish product and can only be sent using our 24h delivery service. We recommend using within two days of delivery.
Mix and match Tobiko colours to create battleship sushi. Tobiko also compliments most other sushi dishes providing additional salt and texture.
