Yutaka wheat free reduced salt soy sauce is made from soy beans, corn, salt and naturally occurring alcohol. Nothing else is added to the soy sauce and it is naturally free from wheat and wheat gluten. The salt content has also been reduced to 9% without compromising the flavour for an equally rewarding sushi making experience.
